Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk or 1 cup soymilk
4 teaspoons sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
1/2 ripe banana, frozen
2 (1 g) packets sugar substitute (saccharin, aspartame or sucralose)
6 -8 ice cubes
1 tablespoon malt drink powder (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in blender. Process until smooth.
