From the Weight Watchers message boards. Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk or 1 cup soymilk |
4 teaspoons sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix |
1/2 ripe banana, frozen |
2 (1 g) packets sugar substitute (saccharin, aspartame or sucralose) |
6 -8 ice cubes |
1 tablespoon malt drink powder (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in blender. Process until smooth. |
