I got this from our local cookbook, way back in the 90s. It taste better than it sounds.
Ingredients:
4-ounces pinto beans, cooked
1/2 cup macaroni, cooked
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onions, choppes
1/2 can mushrooms ( i use a whole small can)
1/2 cup canned whole tomatoes, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a sausepan over low heat, Add all ingredients together, stirring occasionally, until onions and celery, are tender.
2. Serve as a side with any kind of meat.
