Diet Alternative to Peanut Butter on Bread.

While on my no carb, high protein diet I had strong cravings for peanut butter on bread. After a while of thinking and almost on the verge of eating the bread, I thought of trying out a peanut butter and scrambled egg dish.
Ingredients:
1 egg white
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Directions:
1. Place the egg white & peanut butter in a microwavable dish.
2. Heat for 1 minute on full power (may need different times for the power of your microwave).
3. Take out and mix with a fork, making sure everything is combined.
4. By adding sugar it may be consumed as a tasty dessert.
