This was so good. Original recipe comes from Peggy Vdouj from our community cookbook for Patrick Cox, the teenager that died of a heart attack. I love Brandy so you might want to start with 1/4 cup but I used 1/2. Ingredients:
1/4 cup creme de cacao |
1/4 cup cointreau liqueur |
1/4-1/2 cup brandy (or to taste) |
2 -3 cups vanilla ice cream (or enough to make it the consistency you like- i like it thin) |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy. 3. Enjoy. |
