Nice crisp pickle everyone seems to like. Recipe comes from Manitoba Association of Community Arts Council cookbook
Ingredients:
11 lbs cucumbers
1 cup pickling salt
2 cups white sugar
4 cups vinegar
8 cups water
dill
Directions:
1. Put water, vinegar, sugar, and salt in large saucepan.
2. Bring to boil.
3. Pack cucumbers in sterilized jars.
4. Add dill and pour brine over cucumbers.
5. Seal.
