It's really delicious and once the beef base is done it is so quick and easy to prepare. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
1 (400 g) can tomatoes |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup cream |
1 tablespoon brandy |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a pan. 2. Add garlic, cook one minute. 3. Add undrained chopped tomatoes, sauce, cream, brandy and parsley. 4. Simmer for 8 minutes until sauce is thickened. 5. Add beef base and simmer another 10 minutes. 6. Serve. 7. Goes well with pasta or mashed potaotoes or vegetables. |
