Diamond Chocolates

Can use either white or dark chocolates or both ...... Keep it airtight .
Ingredients:
125 g butter
1/2 c caster sugar
1 tsp essence
1 c flour
1 tbsp cocoa pwd
2 tbsp oats
100 g melted chocolate
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven at 180 deg and line an oven tray with baking paper .
2. Beat the buttera nd sugar until creamy .
3. Pour in a mixing bowl and add essence , oats , cocoa pwd and flour .
4. Mix to a soft dough with a fork .
5. Put on a flour dusted board and press until smooth .
6. Roll them like a pancake and cut into diamond shapes .
7. Keep them on the tray and bake for 10 mins .
8. Cool and pipe with chocolate
