Ingredients:
1 lime |
2 cups white tequila |
2 to 3 jalapeƱos, halved lengthwise seeded |
6 cups (1 1/2 quarts) tonic water |
Directions:
1. Using peeler, remove peel from lime (green part only) in strips. Combine peel, tequila and jalapeƱos in glass jar with tight-fitting lid. Chill overnight. 2. Fill 8 tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour 3 tablespoons tequila and 3/4 cup tonic water into each. |
