Extra spicy for those who dare. Ingredients:
24 chicken wings with tips cut off |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
3 tablespoons habanero sauce |
3 tablespoons tabasco sauce |
ground red pepper to taste or dried habanero flakes if daring enough |
1 tablespoon white vinegar |
2 ounces brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil, garlic powder, Tabasco sauce, habanero sauce, vinegar and brown sugar. 3. Separate tips from wings. 4. Add chicken to the mixing bowl and toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Drain 5. Place wings on cookie sheet (s). 6. Sprinkle ground pepper over wings. 7. Bake wings for 20 minutes or until they have browned. 8. Dip wings in bleu cheese salad dressing for some cooling affect. 9. NOTE: These wings can also be cooked on the grill. 10. Wings should be grilled for the same amount of time over medium high heat coals. |
