1 lb ground turkey breast |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/4 cup egg substitute |
2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs |
1 teaspoon ground thyme |
1 teaspoon fennel seed |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper |
4 teaspoons prepared horseradish |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well; form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties. 2. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place the patties in the skillet to cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until no pink remains in the center. |
