Diabetic sugar and Spice Pecans (Crock Pot) |

Sweet and spicy, made with Splenda, in the crock pot.. Great for a party. Ingredients:
1 lb pecan halves |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1/2 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute |
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice |
Directions:
1. Place pecans in crock pot and stir in the melted butter, coating the pecans thoroughly. 2. Sprinkle the Splenda, cinnamon, ginger, and allspice over the pecans and stir again to coat. 3. Cover the crock pot; set on high. Cook for 30 minutes; uncover, turn to low, and let cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |
