In the winter, Kentucky weather can get really cold without any notice. Sometimes, it's rolling out of bed on one of those cold mornings is just not what you want to do. BUT the thought of whipping up a batch of this oatmeal for yourself (or making enough for your loving family) might be enough to get you going.
Ingredients:
1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal, prepared
1/8 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
Directions:
1. Mix the ingredients together. Sweeten with Splenda if needed.
