1 teaspoon olive oil |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 cup green pepper, diced |
1/2 cup onion, diced |
1/2 celery, diced |
1 lb low fat italian turkey sausage, cooked, casings removed, and sliced |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1 teaspoon dried thyme |
1 teaspoon dried basil |
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can cannellini beans |
1 (14 ounce) can italian tomatoes with juice |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil over medium high heat. Add the green pepper, onion, and celery. Cook for 3 minutes. Add in sausage and cook until browned. 2. Add in rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. |
