vinegar ( i like white or red wine |
herbs ( esp parsley, basil , dill ) |
salt and pepper to taste |
splenda for sweetness |

1. Use your favorite method to cook potatoes 2. Cool, till able to peel 3. Cover and chill well overnight 4. Then cube potatoes and mix with your favorite oil and vinegar dressing, sweetened with something like Splenda |
