I just found out I'm pre diabetic so I'm taking recipes I have used for years and trying to take the sugar out! Ingredients:
1 avocado, ripe |
1 cup cilantro, packed |
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
4 scallions, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, quartered |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 teaspoon sugar substitute |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Put all the above ingrediants in a blender or food processor. When done, put in an air tight container and chill for 3 hours. |
