A healthy snack recipe! Ingredients:
3 tablespoons skim milk |
1 cup low fat cottage cheese |
1 teaspoon italian salad dressing, dry mix |
Directions:
1. Place milk and cottage cheese into blender container. 2. Cover and process on blend until smooth. Remove feeder cap and add dry salad dressing mix, continue to process until smooth. 3. Serve with raw vegetable dippers. |
