1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour |

1 tablespoon baking powder |

1 cup orange juice |

1 egg |
1 cup cranberries, chopped |
1/3 cup raisins |
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine the flours, sugar, baking powder, and orange rind in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to blend well. 2. Pour into a greased 9x5 inch load pan.
