A nice alternative for those on a diet or those who have to limit sugar intake Ingredients:
1/2 cup boiling water |
1 (2 g) package gelatin |
2/3 cup cottage cheese |
1/4 cup evaporated skim milk |
1 (2 g) package artificial sweetener |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 cup crushed pineapple |
1 slice bread |
1 (2 g) package artificial sweetener |
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract |
Directions:
1. Mix water and gelatin in blender. 2. Add cottage cheese, milk, sweetener and lemon juice. Blend til smooth. 3. Add crushed pineapple. 4. Blend. 5. Pour into 8 inch pan. 6. TOPPING:. 7. Mix all ingredients in blender. 8. Sprinkle over filling and refrigerate 24 hours. |
