This barbecue is great for everyone and just happens to be a good diabetic recipe as well. Great for the gatherings where someone in the group might need to watch and won't single them out! Ingredients:
1 small onion, minced |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
2 cups water |
1/4 cup wine vinegar |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt (optional) |
2 teaspoons paprika |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon clove |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients; bring to full boil. 2. Simmer 20 minutes. 3. Serving size= 1/4 cup, free food. |
