Diabetic Banana Split Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients:
1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
1 egg white, lightly beaten
3 cups no-sugar-added ice cream
1 large banana, sliced
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brush pie shell with egg white. Bake 5 - 7 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
3. Spread ice cream in the cooled pie shell. Cover and freeze at least 4 hours or up to one week.
4. To serve, arrange banana and strawberry slices over the ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Cut into wedges.
