A banana bread using sugar substitute and whole wheat flour, but it is amazingly moist and flavorful! Ingredients:
1/4 cup canola oil |
1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk |
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream |
2 eggs |
1 cup mashed banana |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup cake flour |
2/3 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1 1/4 cups fiber one honey clusters cereal, crushed |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. Place Ingredients in bread pan in order listed, or as directed by bread machine manufacturer. 2. Select cake cycle and start machine. |
