Some spice pastes contain various colourings and flavorings. This one is natural and will keep for upto one week. Ingredients:
2 onions, chopped |
6 large garlic cloves |
2 inches ginger, peeled and chopped |
4 red chilies, deseeded |
1 tablespoon ground coriander |
1 tablespoon cumin seed |
2 teaspoons turmeric |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
2 tablespoons hot water |
Directions:
1. Place everything in a food processor and process to a rough paste. 2. to store, spoon into an airtight jar, cover with a thin layer of oil and store for upto one week in the fridge. |
