Dewey's Simple Fruit Smoothie |

A simple fruit and yougurt smoothie. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen fruit, blend (strawberries, pineapples, mangos, and bananas) |
1 1/4 cups orange juice or 1 1/4 cups orange juice, and pineapple juice blend |
1 cup no-fat yogurt (plain or vanilla) |
1/4 cup oatmeal (optional) |
1 teaspoon honey (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender on medium speed until smooth (about 2 minutes.) Adjust juice for a thicker or soupier smoothie to your preference. I normally funnel into 2 empty 16.9 oz. water bottles and chill in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes. Excellent on the go. |
