Ingredients:
1 pound(s) lean ground beef |
6 small red potatoes (i leave skin) |
1 sliced yellow/white onion |
10 sliced baby carrots |
1 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley |
1 teaspoon(s) black pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) paprika |
1 egg |
1 cup(s) chicken broth |
1/2 cup(s) red wine |
3 tablespoon(s) worchestershire sauce |
1/2 can(s) corn |
1/2 cup(s) cream cheese (i use chive/onion flavor) |
Directions:
1. Cube and boil potatoes about 15 mins / Brown meat w/ carrots, corn, onion, parsley, wine, worchestershire, black pepper about 10 mins on low-med / Mash potatoes w/ chicken broth and cream cheese / Whisk egg and mix into potatoes / Pour meat mixture into baking dish and spread potatoes on top / Sprinkle w/ paprika (and more parsley and cheese if you wish.) Bake 20 mins on 350 degrees. |
