This goes with Bed & Breakfast Scones and is also great to serve with trifle or other desserty things instead of straight whipped cream. Excellent poured over fruit salad too. Ingredients:
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream |
1 tablespoon powdered sugar (or more) |
3/4 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Whip cream until soft peaks form; then add powdered sugar and whip to incorporate. 2. Add sour cream and continue beating just until fluffy and well-combined. |
