This is a yummy cream that is very tasty on scones and just grand to serve at a tea party. This will only keep for about 4 hours in the refrigerator, so make it just prior to serving. It won't spoil but might get watery as whipped cream sometimes does after it sits a while. Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream |
1/2 cup sour cream |
2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Whip the cream till you have soft peaks.
2. Blend in the sour cream and confectioners sugar.
3. Mix well.
4. Chill and serve.
5. Will only keep 4 hours in refrigerator.
