These are one of my son's favorites! Ingredients:
3 pounds chicken wings |
teriyaki sauce |
1/2 cup sesame seeds |
1 cup soy sauce |
1 cup grapefruit juice |
1 cup hoisin sauce |
1 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar |
1/4 cup light brown sugar |
5 garlic cloves, halved |
3 tbsp ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Place all the teriyaki ingredients in a Ziploc bag and mix well, set aside. 2. Clean in cold water and cut the fat off of the wings or thighs and pat them dry. 3. Put them in the Ziploc bag with the teriyaki sauce 4. Place in the refrigerator and let them sit overnight. 5. Cook on a hot grill until they are browned (5-7 minutes per side). |
