was craving for chocolates Ingredients:
1 1/2 c cake flour , 1/2 c vochelle cocoa pwd , 1/2 tsp baking soda plus baking powder - sifted |
2 tbsp olive oil |
4 tbsp milk |
2 eggs |
125 gm unsalted butter |
1 1/2 c sugar , powdered in a fodd processor |
2 tbsp whip cream |
6 tsp wild blue berries conserve |
4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate ( 100 % cocoa ) |
4 tbsp icing sugar |
3 tbsp evaporated milk |

Directions:
1. Pre heat the oven at 190 degrees . 2. Beat the butter and the sugar until creamy . 3. Beat the eggs . 4. Add the oil . 5. Fold in the sifted flour . 6. Add the milk and mix well . 7. Bake for 25 mins . 8. Cool in a wire rack . 9. Spilt the cake into half 10. Arrange one slice on a plate and spread the whip cream . 11. Spread the berries on top . 12. Arrange the other slice of cake on top . 13. Microwave the chocolate , icing sugar and the milk . 14. Spread on the cake . 15. and arrange the topping . |
