Devilled Sausages Ingredients:
8 sausages |
8 slices bacon |
1 teaspoon mustard |
4 tablespoons ketchup |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F/Mark 4. Spread English mustard over rashers of streaky bacon. Wrap the bacon around sausages, place on a baking tray and cook in oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. 2. Meanwhile, mix tomato ketchup with English mustard and Worcestershire sauce to make a devilled dip. Serve with chips or potato wedges. |
