This is an old Woman's Day recipe - I have not tried it out yet ! Ingredients:
3 teaspoons peanut oil |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
2 cups almonds, blanched |
3 teaspoons sesame seeds |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
3 drops tabasco sauce |
salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oils in heavy based frypan. 2. Add garlic, curry powder, nuts and sesame seeds. 3. Heat, tossing frequently till almonds are golden brown. 4. Then place in bowl and add other ingredients. 5. Mix well to coat almonds. 6. When cool store in airtight container. |
