Spicey boiled shrimp combines with eggs salad to create Deviled Shrimp Salad.
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp
2 large hard-boiled egg
2 stlk celery, raw, diced
6 stalk fresh green onions
1 jalapeno pepper
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parsley
Directions:
1. Boil the shrimp in a shrimp boil spice mix. May I recommend the make your own mix which I used Cajun Shrimp And Crab Boil Seasoning
2. Take the shrimp off and toss with ice cubes to stop the cooking process. Shell and roughly chop.
3. Chop the celery, parsley, green onions and jalapeno pepper. Combine all ingredients with the mustard and mayonaise. Let chill for at least an hour before serving.
