Deviled Pork Chops

One of my favorite recipes! The meat is always so tender!
Ingredients:
4 pork chops, butterfly
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons oil
10 1/2 ounces cream of chicken soup
flour
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2. Heat oil in large pan.
3. Spread both sides of each chop with mustard.
4. Dip in flour to coat.
5. Brown chops in hot oil.
6. Transfer chops to baking dish and top with soup.
7. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
