An excellent way to use your leftover ham. Serve the deviled ham with crackers or as a sandwich filling. Experment adding different spices: paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, chopped fresh tyme, parsily or mint, etc. Ingredients:
3/4 lb cooked ham, cut into 1 inch cubes |
1/4 cup dijon-style mustard |
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened |
1 tablespoon maple syrup |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
3 tablespoons minced onions |
3 tablespoons minced sweet pickles |
