great appetizer anytime Ingredients:
12 eggs |
1/2 cup celery ( finely chopped) |
5 tbsp. ranch dressing |
1 tsp. yellow mustard |
1/4 tsp. salt |
chopped fresh (roma) tomatoes ( if desired) |
chopped green onion (if desired) |
Directions:
1. In 4 quart saucepan, place eggs in single layer. 2. Add enough water to cover eggs by 1 3. Heat to boiling. Immediately remove from heat. 4. cover & let stand 15 minutes 5. Drain water from eggs, rinse eggs with cold water 6. Place eggs in bowl of ice water; let stand 10 minutes 7. To remove shells crack it by tapping gently all over, roll 8. between hands to loosen. Peel starting large end. 9. Cut eggs crosswise in half, Into medium bowl slip out 10. yolks; mash with fork 11. Stir in celery, dressing, mustard, & salt until well blended 12. Spoon yolks mixture into egg white halves. Top egg 13. with tomato & green oiion |
