Ingredients:
6 whole(s) eggs |
2 teaspoon(s) prepared mustard |
1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground white peppe |
1/4 teaspoon(s) paprika |
Directions:
1. Hard boil eggs. 2. To hard boil eggs, cover with cold, salted water, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, let stand covered for 15-18 minutes. Peel immediately 3. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. 4. Beat together yolks, mayo, mustard, salt and pepper. 5. Spoon mixture back into egg whites, sprinkle light with paprika. 6. For “Crab Eggs”, sprinkle lightly with Old Bay. |
