Deviled eggs have always been a big hit in my family and these are just so moist and delicious! No bad eggs here! Ingredients:
1 dozen eggs |
dill pickle juice |
pepper to taste |
3 tbsp mayo (to taste) |
3 tbsp mustard (to taste) |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Boil eggs then let stand under cold water. 2. Peel eggs and slice in half (lengthwise) place yolks in separate bowl. 3. Add rest of ingredients to bowl....to your specific taste-mix well. 4. Add yolk mixture to white of eggs and put eggs in refrigerator to chill until your dinner or event occurs. 5. *A good rule of thumb is to plan on 2 eggs per person |
