These are some of the best deviled eggs I've ever tasted! Ingredients:
1 dozen eggs |
3/4 - 1 c. mayonaise, depending on taste |
1 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard |
1/4 c. sweet gherkins, chopped |
dash juice from sweet gherkin jar |
salt and pepper to taste |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Boil eggs for about 20 minutes. 2. Cool. 3. Peel eggs. 4. Slice in half, vertically. 5. Place yolks in a separate bowl. 6. Smash yolks with a fork, making sure to get them well mashed. 7. Add mayo, mustard, sweet gherkins, juice, salt and pepper. Mix well. 8. Scoop mixture into the hollowed eggs. 9. Sprinkle with paprika. 10. Chill and serve. |
