Simple, quick, (measuring isn't really necessary), delicious deviled eggs for any type of entertaining! Ingredients:
1 dozen hard boiled eggs |
yellow mustard |
dijon mustard |
mayo (i use duke's) |
worcestershire sauce |
hot sauce (such as tabasco) |
garlic powder |
pinch salt |
pinch pepper |
paprika |
pickled jalapeno slices |
Directions:
1. Cut hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise 2. Remove yolks and place in separate bowl 3. Add remaining ingredients, except jalapenos. 4. I didn't measure any of the amounts...I used a large squirt of the mustards, a large rounded spoonful of mayo, splash of worcestershire and hot sauce and a dash of garlic powder, salt and pepper. 5. Blend until creamy...adding more ingredients if necessary, until desired texture and taste. 6. Put spoonful of yolk mixture back into egg whites 7. Top with a dash of paprika and a jalapeno slice 8. Great use for those leftover Easter eggs! 9. Enjoy!! |
