An absolute classic. Ingredients:
12 eggs, hard boiled |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 (16 ounce) can olives, finely chopped |
salt |
pepper |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Peel the eggs and cut in half. 2. In a bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, olives, salt and pepper to taste. 3. Carefully fill the eggs with a tablespoon of the mayonnaise mixture. 4. Lightly sprinkly the top with paprika for color. 5. Chill. |
