Ingredients:
12 large mushrooms |
melted margarine or melted butter |
1 clove garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can minced clams, drained,reserving 2 tbsp of liquid |
1 cup fresh breadcrumb (2 slices) |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 400 degrees Remove and finely chop mushroom stems, set aside. 2. Brush caps with melted margarine. 3. In med. 4. skillet, cook Garlic in 2 tbsp. 5. butter until tender. 6. Stir in flour. 7. Add chopped mushroom stems and remaining ingredients except mushroom caps, mix well. 8. Put mixture into mushroom caps. 9. Place in shallow baking pan. 10. Bake about 8 minutes or until hot. |
