1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast |
1 large red potatoes |
1 1/2 cups corn |
1 onion, chopped |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
3 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
2 1/2 cups vegetable juice |
2 cups chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Rinse chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. 2. Toss everything in the crockpot. 3. Cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4 hours). |
