We eat a lot of chicken. This is another recipe my doctor gave me when I started eating low carb. I have made this in the oven and on the grill. Ingredients:
6 chicken leg quarters |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Place chicken in a baking pan. 3. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken. 4. Bake, uncovered, for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear, basting occasionally with pan juices. |
