You continue to burn fat and feed your body on this.
Ingredients:
1 cup cranberry juice, unsweetened
8 ounces pomegranate juice, unsweetened
7 cups water
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cardamom
1 pinch of ground cloves
Directions:
1. In 3 quart saucepan, heat juices and water just boiling. Reduce heat to low; stir in spices and simmer for 5 minutes. Warm juice before drinking.
2. For Detox:
3. Warm 8 ounces of fat burning juice and alternate every hour with 8 ounces lemon juice (below)
4. Mix 1 tbsp bottled lemon juice or juice of 1/2 lemon with 8 ounces water
5. Sample drinking schedule:
6. 7 am 1 cup lemon water
7. 8 am 1 cup detox juice
8. 9 am 1 cup lemon water
9. 10 am 1 cup detox juice
10. 11 am 1 cup lemon water
11. noon 1 cup detox juice
12. 1 pm 1 cup lemon water
13. 2 pm 1 cup detox juice
14. 3 pm 1 cup lemon water
