1 cup cranberry juice, unsweetened |
8 ounces pomegranate juice, unsweetened |
7 cups water |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1/4 tsp cardamom |
1 pinch of ground cloves |
Directions:
1. In 3 quart saucepan, heat juices and water just boiling. Reduce heat to low; stir in spices and simmer for 5 minutes. Warm juice before drinking. 2. For Detox: 3. Warm 8 ounces of fat burning juice and alternate every hour with 8 ounces lemon juice (below) 4. Mix 1 tbsp bottled lemon juice or juice of 1/2 lemon with 8 ounces water 5.
