Ingredients:
a selection of your favorite dessert wines, such as: sweet sherry, port, vin santo, riesling, asti spumante |
12 store bought semisweet cookies, such as almond toasts or biscotti |
1 pound fresh red or green seedless grapes |
2 ripe pears |
8 ounces assorted dried fruit: apricots, dates, figs |
Directions:
1. For a no-bother dessert, set out your favorite dessert wine with biscotti or almond cookies for dipping and a combination of fresh and dried fruits as compliments. |
