Really awesome topping for the hot summer Ingredients:
2 cups white zinfandel wine |
1 cup sugar |
2 cups fresh berries (any kind, if you use strawberries slice them) |
Directions:
1. In large Tupperware container combine wine and sugar. 2. Stir until sugar is dissolved. 3. Add berries. 4. Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight. 5. Spoon on top of angel food cakes, ice cream, frozen yogurt or use as topping for cheesecake (my fav). |
