Found in Woman's Day. Prep time does not include freezing time. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can pear halves |
1/2 teaspoon grated gingerroot |
Directions:
1. Freeze unopened can of pears overnight. 2. Rinse frozen can under hot water for 30 seconds. 3. Open can and transfer frozen pears and syrup to a food processor. Add ginger and pulse until smooth. |
