We used to eat this alot when I was growing up. It's quick, simple and delicious and NO bake! Ingredients:
1 slice poundcake |
1/2 peach (from a can of peaches in syrup-drained) |
fresh whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Lay the slice of pound cake on plate, spoon the whipped cream on it (use about 4 tbsp) and top off with the peach half. 2. Gently push the peach half down into the cream. 3. Looks just like a fried egg. |
