A very tasty dessert. Makes 24 crepes. Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk |
3/4 cup flour |
1/4 cup water |
2 tablespoons sugar |
3 eggs |
2 tablespoons butter, melted & cooled |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in blender for 30 seconds. 2. Add butter & blend 5 seconds. 3. Allow to rest 45 minutes. 4. For small dessert crepes us 1/4 Cup batter in 6-inch crepe pan. 5. Crepes may be made ahead, staked & covered with damp towel. |
