Guiltless sweet pleasure. I concocted this to get my veggies for the day and satisfy my voracious sweet tooth. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cabbage, shredded |
1 teaspoon light margarine (smart balance omega light) |
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar-free syrup (maple grove farms sugar-free maple syrup) |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
fake sugar |
Directions:
1. Thinly slice cabbage and into bite size 2. Microwave the thinly sliced cabbage and margarine for 1.5 minutes (time may vary depending on your microwave), till margarine is melted and cabbage is tender. 3. Add remaining ingredients to taste. My measurements are guesstimates. 4. Enjoy :). |
