I had a can of Pillsbury crescents hanging around from Christmas so I made these for an easy breakfast. You can use any flavor of jelly that you want. I used grape from a local winery. They were really good with a cup of coffee! Ingredients:
10 ounces crescent rolls, separated |
6 teaspoons jelly, any flavor |
3 teaspoons sugar |
1 ounce pecans, chopped (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*. 2. Place 1 teaspoon of jelly on the wide end of each crescent triangle. 3. Roll it up,sealing well so the jelly doesn't ooze out. 4. Sprinkle pecans on top,if using. 5. Sprinkle sugar on top. 6. Bake for 19 minutes. 7. Careful when you start to eat them because the jelly will be like hot lava - let them sit for a few minutes. |
